Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design the decks we pitch and present with: treatments, moodboards and references, built with the creative team and the director.
• Turn scripts into storyboards and style frames, so a client can see a film before it is shot.
• Create key visuals and campaign layouts for the films and photoshoots we produce, for print, out-of-home and social.
• Design the graphics that go into our films (titles, supers, end cards) with the post-production team.
• Adapt designs to every format a campaign needs, and keep project files and assets in order.
• Take part in brainstorms and production meetings, and present your work to the team.

Job Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts or a related field.
• A portfolio that shows your ideas as well as your craft: layout, typography and image-making.
• Confident with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign or Figma; After Effects or a 3D tool (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• A good eye for type, composition and colour, and care for the details.
• A real interest in film, advertising and visual storytelling.
• Open to feedback, able to work to deadlines, and at ease in a team that moves fast when a pitch is due.
